My professional coaching journey

Throughout my professional journey, I've been fortunate to benefit from the guidance of mentors and coaches at crucial stages. Witnessing and experiencing the profound impact of coaching on my personal and professional lives has significantly shaped my perspective. It has heightened my self-awareness and deepened my understanding of team dynamics, leading to remarkable improvements in my personal life, leadership skills, and business performance.

So, In one of my previous corporate roles as Deputy CEO, I embarked on a transformative journey to enhance my leadership skills further by enrolling in a professional coaching course at the Co-Active Training Institute. As I delved into this experience, I discovered a profound passion for self-discovery and helping others harness the benefits of my own journey. The positive feedback I received was an undeniable source of joy and fulfillment, igniting a strong desire to transition into coaching full-time. Inspired by a memorable quote from one of my coaches, "If you don't do it now, do you do it after you die?" I made the pivotal decision to alter my career path.

Motivated by the fulfilment I derive from coaching and my strong desire to give back the invaluable guidance and support I have received throughout my journey, I made the deliberate decision to transition away from my corporate roles and fully embrace coaching starting in the spring of 2022. I feel a tremendous sense of purpose and privilege in being able to do so.

Throughout my career and now as a team and leadership coach, I have learned and firmly believe that our external successes are intrinsically linked to the development of our inner selves. Our behaviors, both conscious and subconscious, continually influence those around us. Fostering self-awareness and clarity regarding our values and priorities empowers us to authentically and effectively impact ourselves and others.

For me, this clarity serves as the foundation for a fulfilling and prosperous life, whether in personal or professional spheres. It enables us to generate positive outcomes and contributions for ourselves, our families, communities, organizations, and the broader world in which we operate.

My dedication lies in guiding individuals and teams toward profound impact and transformation by addressing root causes and behaviour patterns. By nurturing clarity of intention, tapping into inner creativity, and fostering curiosity, I facilitate the discovery of new perspectives and innovative solutions. This, in turn, equips individuals and businesses to approach challenges with fresh perspectives and chart new pathways to success.
